Culture of Peace in Rosario
Educating Cities Latin America, based at the International Relations Bureau of the Municipality of Rosario, Argentina, launched a new web page speciaized in Culture of Peace and Human Rights Programs. (Spanish, English and French). Our main objective is to promote this page as a working tool so as to foster the development of our projects and programs related to Human Rights and the construction of a true Culture of Peace. Las dificultades por las que atraviesa el país han llevado a las mujeres argentinas a organizarse mejor y crear estructuras como la RED DE MUJERES SOLIDARIAS que en Buenos Aires tuvieron un pre-encuentro y cuyas conclusiones se pueden ver en http://www.mujeresred.net/argentina-red_de_mujeres_solidarias.html
El Encuentro nacional se autodefine como "autónomo, autoconvocado, autofinanciado, pluralista, democrático y horizontal.
