Rights and Peace Campaign (HURPEC)
HURPEC is a broad-based campaign that works for human rights and peace in
Nepal. Projects of HURPEC include campaigns against human rights violations
in the Maoist Civil War, nationwide human rights education, migrant rights
and the rights of indigenous peoples, the rights of children and a campaign
to end the trafficking of girls. HURPEC architects such campaigns by meeting
with government officials as well as publishing reports to increase public
