Buklod Center
Buklod's work with the women in prostitution is based on the recognition
that prostitution is one form of violence against women and is a
violation of women's human rights. It also seeks to promote the
welfare of children, particularly Amerasians. Buklod works to build

Free Legal Assistance Group (FLAG)
It is composed of human rights lawyers practising a unique form
of law called Developmental Legal Advocacy (DLA), which espouses
a structural perspective on the causes of injustice and an instrumentalist
view of the law. The focus of its lawyers is on public, rather than
private, issues and its efforts are geared towards helping sectoral,
rather than individual, concerns.
