This report documents Amnesty International's concerns about human rights abuses in Haiti after the departure of former President Jean-Bertand Aristide. Amnesty International describes abuses committed against supporters of former President Aristide and their relatives, as well as victims of human rights violations during the military regime. It also documents abuses committed against those involved in prosecutions of human rights violators, human rights defenders, journalists and opponents of the former President. Abuses committed by former insurgents, escaped prisoners, the police and the MIF are also featured in this report.
