August 1, 2004 - (Angola Press Agency) The provincial director
of Family and Women Promotion, Emília Ventura, on Saturday
in northern Malanje province called on women to work in the society

Mrs Ventura, who was speaking on
the occasion of African Woman's Day, marked on Saturday, under
the motto "For Peace , national reconstruction, social harmony
and solidarity among women", said that women should come
together for the conquest of unity and harmony.
The director encourages women to fight equally with men, with

To her, the unity within African women should be everlasting in
order to stabilise the continent.
On his turn, the acting governor of Malanje, Gaspar Neto, said
to be necessary that women bet on themselves, so that they can
be qualified in terms of training.
Mr Neto called on women to assume their responsibilities in the
true sense, aiming their integration into the society, sharing
