September 2, 2004 - (Paknews) In occupied Kashmir, the Indian
troops in their continued acts of state terrorism, martyred 114
Kashmiris including five women and three children, in the outgoing
month of August.
According to data compiled by the
Research Section of Kashmir Media Service, 10 of the martyrs were
killed in custody.
In frequent violent siege and search operations, 387 Kashmiris
were either tortured or critically injured, 108 innocent persons,
mostly youth, arrested, 13 houses and shops arsoned and 30 persons
either abducted or declared missing in custody.
In a vain effort to demoralize Kashmiris, 16 women were gang raped
or molested. Twelve women were widowed and 37 children orphaned.
