A The guardian article on the High Level Review (HLR) that took place on the October 13th, 2015 at the Security Council in New York claiming the lack of UNSCR 1325 impact on women and girls worldwide despite some progress, welcoming the countries commitments on the Women, Peace and Security Agenda and asking for a radical shift in mindsets and policies, as well as the adoption of a feminist approach to domestic and foreign policy. Also, it includes a witness from the DRC, Julienne Lusegne, who addressed the Security Council during the HLR.
