Women's Major Group High Level Political Forum - Position Paper (2017)

In this position paper, the Women’s Major Group highlights 5 essential areas for action for SDG implementation. Issues such as climate change, global warming, ocean acidification, and ecological damage render an unprecedented urgency to the entire 2030 Agenda, while multiple and intersecting forms of discrimination and systemic barriers exacerbate human rights violations, marginalisation and vulnerability of women and girls of all ages and diversities.
