For December, in which the Russian Federation has the Security Council presidency, the MAP provides recommendations on country situations including: Afghanistan, Burundi, Cyprus, Central African Republic, Côte d'Ivoire, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Golan Heights, Lebanon, Libya, Sudan, South Sudan, Somalia, and West Africa.
