On 22-25 June 2015, Member States participated in Intergovernmental Negotiations regarding the Zero Draft Outcome Document produced by the co-facilitators. This document will guide the UN Summit to Adopt the Post-2015 Agenda in September. There will be another round of Negotiations 20-24 and 26-31 of July to finalize the Outcome Document.
Peace Women monitored these evaluations to assess the status of the Women, Peace and Security agenda in the Post-2015 process. Peace Women and the Women's Major Group produced a response to the Zero Draft calling for gender equality to be addressed as a cross-cutting issue and for a strengthening of human rights language.
