2016 CEDAW

Description: 

In 2016 the Commission on the Elimination of all Forms of Discrimination Against Women will meet for the following sessions: 

  • Session 63: From the 15 Feb. to 4 March the CEDAW will consider state reports for the Czech Republic, Haiti, Iceland, Japan, Mongolia, Sweden, United Republic of Tanzania, and Vanuatu.
  • Session 64:  From the 4 July to 22 July the CEDAW will consider state reports for Albania, France, Mali, Myanmar, Philippines, Trinidad and Tobago, Turkey, and Uruguay.
  • Session 65:  From the 24 Oct. to 18 Nov. the CEDAW will consider state reports for Antigua and Barbuda, Agrentina, Armenia, Bangladesh, Belarus, Bhutan, Burundi, Canada, Estonia, Honduras, Netherlands, and Switzerland.

Future sessions will consider reports from Barbados, El Salvador, Jordan, the Federated States of Micronesia, Niger, the Republic of Korea, Rwanda, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Ukraine, and Yemen.
