As I said at the international conference convened by the IOF in June on countering terrorism and the prevention of violent extremism, we must also respond to the determined attacks against us with our own determination to strike back, using all of our weapons of mass construction: education, training for all, job creation and investment in economic initiatives for women and for youth, so as to bring about sustainable, equitable development.
